Memberships

We have two types of memberships to suit different climbing needs the details of each membership is listed below if you have any questions about which membership would be right for you feel free to message the treasurer or any other member of the committee!

Outdoor membership    £25

Outdoor membership gives you access to climb outdoors with the club and go on our weekend events like Tour and our training weekends away. This membership also gives you:

  • Mountaineering Scotland membership (insurance to climb outside) – this includes discounts at Osprey, Cotswold Outdoor, Go Outdoors and many more

  • Access Tour to (our yearly weekend climbing trip)

  • Outdoor instruction days and weekends (trad/sport)

  • Can use club kit (shoes, harnesses, helmets, belay plates, rack, rope, outdoor kit, etc)

  • Get car rides on Wednesdays (if available)

  • 20% discount at V12 Outdoor

  • Discounted entry to Eden rock on Wednesdays (£5)

Indoor membership    £10

Indoor membership gives you access to climb with us on a Wednesday afternoon only and is a cheaper option if you don't want to climb outdoors. This membership gives you:

  • Can use club kit (shoes, harnesses, belay plates, rope only)

  • Get car rides on Wednesday (if available) 

  • 20% discount at V12 Outdoor

  • Discounted entry to Eden rock on Wednesdays (£5)
